It's Time to Federally Legalize Marijuana in Florida

Florida voters approved medical marijuana in 2016 with over 71% of the vote, one of the strongest expressions of support for cannabis reform in any state. Florida has one of the largest medical cannabis patient populations in the country, yet these patients still risk employment discrimination and housing denial for following their doctor's advice. A majority of Floridians consistently support full legalization and it is time for federal law to reflect that will.
